Refunds
Preloved sizing can surprise you, so every piece comes with a 14-day no-quibble return window. Refunds land within 5 working days of the piece arriving back with us, and faulty items are always refunded in full — including your postage.
FAQ
Yes. Almost every piece on our rails is a single preloved or vintage find. If your size sells out, join the club and we will flag similar pieces before the next drop.
Our graders reject around six in ten pieces. Everything kept is seam-checked, steamed, repaired where needed and graded for condition, which we state honestly on every product page.
Bring them in. We buy outright for cash on the spot for standout pieces, or take the rest on 60-day consignment with 50% of the sale price back to you.
Fresh rails land every Thursday at 10am, in store and online. Club members get early access from 8pm the night before.
Terms
All sales are of preloved goods sold as described and photographed. Condition grades are given in good faith by our grading team. Consignment payouts are issued 7 days after the return window closes on each sold piece.
Privacy
We use your details only to run your order, your donations and the club newsletter. We never sell your data, and you can leave the club with one click in any email.
